We are always delighted to receive comments and thank-yous at Pentlow Community Care Centre in Eastbourne. These usually take the form of a card or letter.
However some of our clients have also taken the time to write us a review on a well known home care directory.
We regularly receive comments and praise for our carers, but every now and then we like to share these with you.
Most recently we heard from client Mrs K. She is obviously delighted with her regular carer Bethany who she describes as 'excellent, very competent, and pays special attention'. Recently when Mrs K. had a family upset she says Bethany stayed with her to help, and was a tower of strength.
After the event Mrs K. wanted to let us know.

Throughout the day there were also demonstrations of fitness, healthy lifestyles, yoga and dancing -all in all it was a fun and informative day for the visitors.
