Sussex Over 50s Show

We were delighted to be at the recent Over 50s show in Eastbourne at The Winter Gardens.

The event offered a wide range of stalls for the public to peruse, from holidays to care at home, fancy breads and olives to bracelets. What a mix! Throughout the day there were also demonstrations of fitness, healthy lifestyles, yoga and dancing -all in all it was a fun and informative day for the visitors.

Some of our teams from Pentlow Community Care and Ashridge Community Care joined with staff from our nursing homes to have a stand. We enjoyed meeting and talking to local Eastbourne and Bexhill residents about the services we provide for elderly care, both care at home and within our nursing and care homes. Plus we got to meet Fred Dineage!

Should you or someone you know be looking at their care options, then why not talk to us? We have plenty of experience in providing care at home, and have been in Eastbourne since 1994. That's almost 20 years of helping people to remain independent at home.

Call us or email us to find out just how we can help you. Our packages start from as little as a half hour visit, and are tailored to the needs of the individual.

Eastbourne Carer praised

Carer Mark Watson who works for Pentlow Community in Eastbourne has been praised by relatives for outstanding service.

Mark is a community carer, helping elderly clients to retain their independence in their own homes, by providing required care and assistance.

The relative said, in a letter to the manager, " I woul recommend Pentlow Community care to anyone, based on Marks performance". They went on to say "He is a credit to Pentlow care and your company as a whole"

Manager at Community care Leigh O'Hara is rightly proud of the team which works across Eastbourne, and sister company in Bexhill, Ashridge Community care.
